CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price must be paid. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. Full Charge No-Show Policy Not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled service. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. This is a standard practice for our industry. I have been doing hair for 13 years now! It was time for me to grow and perfect my skills and love what I do even more by opening up my very own SAFE PLACE. I have a huge passion for the HIGHER the hair the closer to GOD and that’s my vibe! Bouncy and BIGGer than life blowouts and what I call “Mariah Carey Hair” , and being a cutting specialist and educator is what I LOVE and also are my specialties. Along with color, highlights, and smoothing treatments of course! I am super fun, crazy, and outgoing, and I do hair how id want my hair done... start to finish! • I love being up close and personal and getting to know the person behind the beautiful hair as well!
