To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price must be paid. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
Full Charge No-Show Policy
Not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled service. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. This is a standard practice for our industry.
